The basics

1. What's this site about?

   This site is a fanbase for people who love meepits, a species of petpet from the virtual pet-site neopets. This little community is for everybody who loves meepits, forums, chit-chats, and neopets. 

2. How do I join the website?

   There's a register button at the top right op the side bar, click it, enter all the information asked for, activate your account by mail, and voila, you're member

3. How do I personalize my profile?

   In the sidebar, top right, there's an area called 'member area' (you'll see this after you're logged in), click your username (the first option), and you'll open your profile. Under your avatar (the picture on the let) is an are called 'actions'. Click 'Edit Profile'. You can change your name, avatar, ´about me´ and signature. Click submit after you´re finished.

4. How do I add friends?

   First, go to the person you would like to add as friend (you can go to the 'members' page and click his/her name). Under his/her avatar there is an area called 'actions'. Choose 'Add As Friend'. You could send a personalized note with the request if you want to. 

5. How do I send a message?

   Go to the profile of the person you want to send the message to (by going to the 'members' page and clicking on his/her name). Under his/her avatar there is an area called 'actions'. Choose 'Send a Message'. Choose a subject and write the message. Fill in the captcha you see (you can ask for another one by clicking on the arrows on the top right) and click send.

6. How do I invite friends?

   In the sidebar on the top right is an area called 'Members Area'. Choose 'Invite' (the last option). Then choose one of the two ways to invite and follow the instructions listed on the page.
